Job summary

Singapore Bank seeks a Data Analysis Trainee to support the Transformation & Data team. You will work with senior data scientists to design, build and test ML, GenAI and agentic AI solutions for business use cases.

You will assist with data preparation, exploratory data analysis, model development and evaluation, and help maintain docs, code and assets while learning new AI techniques alongside the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Knowledge of ML and statistics; basic software concepts.
• Hands-on with Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Plotly).
• Familiarity with SQL and structured datasets.
• Interest in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior data scientists to design, build and test ML, GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Assist with data preparation, exploratory data analysis, model development and evaluation.
• Maintain project docs, experiment notes, code repos and reusable assets.
• Share techniques and technologies in AI, learning continually with the team.
