Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in any discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to track data and project status.
• Disciplined and reliable in following through on tasks.
• Independent, highly motivated, and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support project-based coordination with our key retail partner, focusing on customer experience enhancement and retention initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks within projects from planning through to completion, under guidance from the team.
• Coordinate both external and internal execution to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
• Track key retail partner's regular project proposals, ensuring all required information/documents are submitted on time.
• Use a simple structured checklist to flag missing or unclear items before internal review.
• Coordinate between internal team and our key retail partner to close outstanding gaps smoothly.
• Maintain a running tracker of project/event status, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
• Proactively flag delays or blockers to keep projects on track.
• Prepare short, clear progress updates for internal review.
• Support ad-hoc projects (event support, communication write-up, etc.)
• Support documentation and record-keeping for ongoing projects.
