Job summary

Chiron Healthcare Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform full receptionist duties in a clinic setting. You will deliver a professional service at the front desk, handle patient registration and inquiries, and support basic examination procedures.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese, has PC skills, and possesses 1–2 years of clinical or customer service experience; insurance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• F.5/HKDSEE or above academic qualification.
• Preferably with 1-2 years or above of clinical or customer service experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC knowledge.
• Experience in insurance procedures will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of receptionist in a clinic setting.
• Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk.
• Handle patients’ registration and verify patients’ medical card.
• Handle phone inquiry and booking in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in examination procedures, such as blood pressure, weight measurement, etc.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager, including general clerical and administrative tasks.
