Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or related discipline preferred
• Solid experience in banking or financial services, especially in segment strategy and product development
• Cross-border banking experience including product/segment management and data analytics is preferred
• Proficiency in programming (SQL) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and lead onboarding for new services
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with business objectives and customer needs
• Prepare regular competitor analysis to keep the bank competitive in products and customer experience
• Ensure system and platform support for cross-border banking services
• Conduct business/product analytics to identify opportunities and market intelligence
• Support daily operations with project data monitoring, tracking, and communication
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of regulatory, compliance, audit and project documentation
