Job summary

EY's Forensic & Integrity Services Crisis Management team in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager to help clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from complex crisis events, working with Partners and Senior Managers to develop frameworks, run simulations, and guide live incidents.

You will coordinate with executive leadership across Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, Communications, Security and Cyber teams to deliver risk-informed crises governance and post‑incident learnings.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in crisis management, resilience, business continuity, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.
• Experience developing crisis response plans, playbooks, governance frameworks, or resilience programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, simulations, or executive exercises.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, MBCI, PMP or equivalent would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead crisis management, resilience, and preparedness engagements for clients across various industries.
• Design and implement crisis management frameworks, governance structures, escalation protocols, response plans, and playbooks.
• Facilitate crisis simulations and executive workshops for clients to test readiness and decision-making.
• Support clients during live crises by coordinating EY engagement teams to identify issues and options.
• Develop executive briefings, situation reports, and decision-support materials for senior management.
