HID Global in Hong Kong is seeking a temporary Credit & Collections Specialist for a 9-month contract. The role focuses on credit assessment, shipment releases, and driving collections across delinquent accounts, supporting the Credit Officer and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in credit control within multinational settings, strong English/Chinese communication, and proficiency in Excel and Oracle ERP. HighRadius experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Credit & Collections in a multinational environment (B2B/B2E).
• Strong written and verbal English/Chinese communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow up customer accounts to meet AR collection KPIs.
• Review collection reports and ensure compliance with policy.
• Grant or hold shipment based on credit availability and history.
• Maintain customer database in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales to allocate credit limits.
• Collaborate with Finance to balance cash receipts daily.
• Participate in accounting audits and audit schedules.
