Reporting to the Chief Designer, you will turn global design visions into compelling brand strategies and elevate visual storytelling across campaigns, digital channels, and retail touchpoints.

The role requires 4–8 years in art direction or graphic design, with beauty/fashion experience a plus, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in art direction or graphic design
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or retail preferred
• Leadership experience in a managerial role
• Premium packaging design and luxury materials knowledge
• Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools integration
• Portfolio or website link required

Responsibilities

• Translate design visions into brand strategies and 360° campaigns
• Lead a design team and oversee external vendors
• Ensure premium visual identity across digital and retail touchpoints
• Manage production and packaging quality control
