Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in graphic design, product design, or related creative field.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and elevate the creative vision and brand aesthetic for the company and clients.
• Mentor, inspire, and manage a team of in‑house designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Manage multiple design projects (product design, digital assets, marketing collateral, packaging) ensuring on time and within budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling visual pitches, presentations, and product redemption strategies.
• Review all design outputs to ensure high quality and alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in design, materials, and consumer preferences, especially in gifts, premiums, and luxury sectors.
