Job summary

ALS International in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a high-performing corporate team. You'll gain hands-on experience across IPOs, secondary offerings, and other capital markets work.

You will assist with pre-listing restructurings, financing, and post-listing compliance, while working closely with lawyers. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

• Experience in corporate or capital markets preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support lawyers on Hong Kong listings (IPOs and secondary offerings) and related capital markets work.
• Assist with pre-listing restructuring and financing.
• Contribute to post-listing compliance and ongoing regulatory matters.
• Support Mergers & acquisitions activity as needed.
