Job summary

Guotai Haitong Financial Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced executive driver to service senior management with safe and punctual chauffeuring.

The role requires route planning, vehicle upkeep, and flexible hours, including overtime and night trips. You will maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth scheduling, with Cantonese and Putonghua proficiency.

A valid HK driving license and at least 5 years of driving high-level executives are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience driving company vehicles for senior executives or management.
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license with clean record.
• Proficient in Cantonese and Putonghua, with good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours, including nights and holidays.
• Knowledge of HK districts and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive company executives safely and punctually.
• Plan and adjust routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Handle vehicle license renewals and inspections.
• Source supplies for guests and assist with luggage as needed.
• Maintain travel mileage logs and trip details.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Providing safe and punctual transportation services to senior management and assigned personnel.

Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

Plan and adjust routes efficiently to guarantee timely arrivals and departures.

Comply fully with all traffic regulations and company driving policies at all times.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information, and management itineraries.

Be available for flexible working hours, including overtime, holidays, or nighttime trips, to accommodate business needs.

Conducting routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition.

Responsible for car license renewal, inspections and maintenance.

Source and purchase necessary vehicle supplies, as well as amenities for guests, as required.

Assist with loading and unloading items or luggage as required.

Maintain accurate travel mileage logs and trip details.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Form 3 or above;

At least 5 years of proven experience in driving company vehicles and providing chauffeuring services for senior executives or management personnel;

Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license and clean driving record;

Familiar with all HK districts and traffic conditions;

Good communication skill, adaptable, flexible, responsible, and proactive;

Demonstrated commitment to road safety, polite, honest and punctual;

Willing to work overtime and able to accommodate flexible working hours；

Maintain mobile phone accessibility at all times to facilitate urgent communication and scheduling adjustments;

Proficient in both Cantonese and Putonghua.
