Shun Tak Holdings Limited is seeking a Corporate Communications Executive to provide bilingual EN/CN editorial support for corporate publicity, including press releases and annual reports. You will nurture HK/GBA media relations, coordinate PR events, and assist with research on public affairs trends for senior management.

Provide bilingual (EN/CN) editorial support for corporate publicity, e.g. drafting/editing press releases, annual reports, interim reports, etc., complying with listed company requirements.
Nurture and maintain media relationships for HK/GBA, act as the liaison for daily media inquiries and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate logistics for PR activities, e.g. press conferences, media interviews from preparation through to post-event follow-up.
Assist to conduct research on HK-GBA public-affairs, regulatory and industry trends, compile analytical reports for senior management.
Support to prepare online platform materials, e.g. content curation, sentiment monitoring for corporate communication campaigns.
Assist to monitor group-related media coverage and public; prepare clippings, alerts and preliminary insights for reputation management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, IR, other business units) to maintain consistent corporate messaging across all channels.
Support corporate event planning and perform ad hoc corporate communications projects as assigned.
Perform ad-hoc projects/ duties when required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Mass Communications, Journalism, Translation, PR or related disciplines.
At least 1 -2 years or above solid experience in corporate communications/public affairs/research and analysis, sizable company or media outlet background preferred.
Good bilingual (EN/CN) written & spoken skills (Cantonese + Mandarin essential); ability to polish corporate content.
Understanding of HK's social, business, media landscape and basic listed company communication compliance.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva/Adobe creative tools or media monitoring software is a plus.
Proactive self-starter with organizational, analytical & time management skills; meticulous team player with cross-team collaboration ability.
High brand awareness and strict respect for confidential corporate information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
