Qualifications

• University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance or relevant disciplines.
• Experience in securities lending or knowledge in VBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve corporate action announcements from CCASS terminal or MT564 from other sub custodians.
• Create corporate action events in our custody system when we have holdings entitled for the distribution.
• Release notification of corporate action or proxy voting to entitled clients.
• Execute client instructions for voluntary events and follow up for missing instructions.
• Reconcile and distribute the entitlement received from CCASS or other sub-custodians to client custody or cash accounts.
