Job summary

Grown Alchemist Asia-Pacific Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounting Officer / Senior Accounting Officer to handle day-to-day accounting operations and supporting audit processes. The role requires solid Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication, and will involve maintaining ledgers, AP/AR processing, documentation, and liaising with internal/external parties.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will also set up and maintain project SPVs and corporate entities, assist with bank account

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline.
• LCCI Level 3, Pitman Accounting, or equivalent accounting qualifications is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, corporate administration, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, AP/AR processing, and expense claims.
• Maintain proper filling and documentation of accounting records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to follow up accounting information and support audit.
• Maintain and update company records, databases, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Assist team members in setting up and maintaining project SPVs and corporate entities across various jurisdictions, coordinating with external service providers where needed.
• Support the opening and ongoing administration of bank accounts for project entities, including the collection and coordination of KYC documentation
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
