Job summary

Cotton Lane Café is hiring a skilled cook/kitchen assistant to support the head chef with cooking and plating, and to keep the kitchen clean and organized. Barista experience is a plus, with preference for candidates who have worked in busy restaurant environments.

The role is in-person in Hong Kong, offering a monthly salary of HKD 18,000 to 20,000 and a bonus for perfect attendance. Benefits include meals and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Barista skills and coffee experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in busy restaurant kitchens.
• Experience with basic cooking stations (baking, frying, slow cook) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and basic cooking tasks (baking, frying, slow cooking).
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of ingredients.
• Dishwashing and organization of the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen tidy and clean at all times.
