China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a CTA(BS) to support building services drafting, design calculations and coordination across disciplines for major HK projects. The role involves preparing and updating drawings, checking submissions, and liaising with the Housing Department and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong AutoCAD skills, and

The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.
The CTA(BS) shall possess at least a Diploma or Higher Certificate in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University or an institute of vocational education which acceptability is subject to CM's confirmation, or equivalent as accepted by the CM, and with good skill and experience in AutoCAD drafting, preparation of building services drawings, carrying out design calculations together with good knowledge of statutory Regulations and Code of Practices relating to building services trades;
