Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Wan Chai is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to support the Trade Single Window CCM Phase 3. This 2‑month contract runs from 01 Dec 2026 to 31 Jan 2027, with duties including technical guidance, supervising contractors, and ensuring quality across the SDLC.

Applicants should have 4+ years post‑qualification experience, 2+ years in a similar role, and hands-on knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS, ebXML and XML for large‑scale, high‑availability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
Solid experience in end-to-end system development life cycle of an IT system.
Experience in quality control of IT services provided by contractors.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advice to users on CCM design under Phase 3 of the Trade Single Window.
Supervise contractors/suppliers to design and implement the CCM.
Perform quality control and assurance in the SDLC; execute tasks assigned by supervisor.
