Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical support for implementation and maintenance of applications.
• Collect user requirements, design and develop programs, conduct testing, and prepare system documentation.
• Provide user support for testing and IT-related matters.
• Provide application support and on-call standby outside normal hours when required.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
