Job summary

A leading banking institution in Hong Kong seeks a Contract Associate for the Project Management Team. The role involves user support for banking systems, project coordination, and conducting feasibility studies. Candidates should have a degree in IT or related fields, with at least 4 years of experience in IT project management. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. This is a 12-month contract position offered on-site.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT project management or business application support.
  • Competent IT literacy and good knowledge in banking systems and applications.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for user support on Head Office & local banking systems and applications.
  • Coordinate system projects with Head Office, external vendors and IT specialists.
  • Organize project activities including user coordination, meetings, UAT, training.
  • Conduct feasibility study and impact analysis for the proposed system changes.
  • Coordinate system arrangements to support industrial changes.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT project management or business application support
  • Competent IT literacy and good knowledge in banking systems and applications
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
