Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for a contract role in Tsuen Wan to develop, enhance and maintain software applications for the SFO, WFSFAA under the ISFAST program. The candidate will perform requirements analysis, system design, programming and testing, including ongoing maintenance. Requirements include 4+ years post-qualification, 2+ years Java EE/J2EE, and strong Oracle and SQL skills.

The contract runs Oct 2026 to Jan 2027. Deadline Aug 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' application development experience in Java EE using EJB/JSF/JPA.
• Spring and Hibernate framework experience.
• Jasper Report experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in Java/J2EE development and Oracle RDBMS.
• Proficiency in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C; JSF/Struts experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of XML; experience with Chinese processing is an advantage.
• Government project exposure is preferred.

• Develop Reimbursement function in ISFAST phase 2C.
• Develop a notification of results by SMS.
• Develop and maintain E-Certification Portal function in ISFAST phase 2C.
• Develop e-Questionnaire function in ISFAST phase 2C.

• Develop reports in ISFAST phase 2C; provide ongoing production support.

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the WFSFAA-SFO; The staff is required to conduct requirement analysis, system design, programming, testing and on-going maintenance of software applications in SFO, WFSFAA including but not limited to the below:
• To develop Reimbursement function in ISFAST phase 2C;
• To develop a notification of results by SMS.
• To develop and maintenance E-Certification Portal function in ISFAST phase 2C;
• To develop e-Questionnaire function in ISFAST phase 2C;
• To develop Identity Matching function in ISFAST phase 2C;
• To develop reports in ISFAST phase 2C; and
• To provide on-going maintenance support in production.

Requirements

• Requirements (i) At least 2 year’s application development experience in Java EE Programming using EJB/JSF/JPA; and
• (ii) Experience / Working experience in these areas:
• Spring and Hibernate framework

• Technical Skills:
• At least 5 years' experience in Enterprise Java Beans Development (EJB);
• At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
• At least 5 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
• At least 5 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
• At least 5 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL);
• 2 years' experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) (JSF) is an advantage;
