Job summary

ERM seeks a motivated Consultant to join the Capital Project Delivery team in Hong Kong. You will support offshore survey planning, EIA/ESIA, and data management for strategic projects across Southeast Asia, partnering with ERM’s global technical communities.

You will contribute to high-quality environmental work, engage with teams across the business unit, and help ensure projects meet sustainability standards while supporting client success in a dynamic APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clear, concise environmental reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience in environmental consultancy or NGO context is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Environmental Impact Assessments and monitoring projects across Asia Pacific.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project workflows within the unit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), environmental monitoring and permitting projects throughout Asia Pacific
• Manage multi-disciplinary projects and work with team members across the business unit

Requirements:

• Graduate qualification in Environmental Science or Environmental engineering
• 1 - 4 years of experience in environmental consultancy or environment focused on non-governmental organizations is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with relevant environmental internship experience can be considered
• Solid knowledge on biodiversity/ environmental assessment as well as nature conservation is essential
• Excellent report writing skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. Other language is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills and ability to work in a team is essential
