Job summary

Hip Hing offers the Project Management Trainee Programme to develop graduates into project management executives within the company. The programme spans three phases with exposure to construction sites and head office, including job rotations and special assignments.

Trainees will prepare and present business proposals to senior management as part of ongoing development. Successful candidates can pursue HKIE Scheme A or MRICS qualifications through in-house/coordinated schemes.

Qualifications

• Final-year or recent graduates in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Studies & Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Join the three-phase trainee programme to develop into future construction project leaders.
• Gain hands-on exposure to project management at construction sites and head office.
• Engage in job rotations and special assignments across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Deliver presentations and business proposals to senior management to track progress.
