Job summary

Allied Wealth Construction Engineering Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a meticulous and responsible Procurement Assistant to support daily procurement tasks for construction projects and ensure smooth administration of project operations.

You will manage sourcing, PO processing, supplier relations, and delivery monitoring, while coordinating with the project team to drive timely, cost-efficient purchases and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Purchasing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing activities for project.
• To handle PO processing and Monitoring the delivery schedule.
• Closely communicate well and Manage a good partnership with suppliers.
• Follow up the Material Invoice, Delivery Note and Payment Certificate.
• Responsible for Department Daily procurement Works.
• Ad-hoc duties wherever required.
