Responsibilities

• Positively and proactively manage the behavior of students in their care.
• Help ensure a positive and inclusive classroom culture is followed.
• Address the class as needed.
• Attend parent meetings.
• Provide feedback with report writing.
• Take up ad-hoc duties instructed by mentor teachers.
• Support organizational and administrative needs such as classroom systems and setup.
• Establish rapport with students and colleagues throughout the school day.
