Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Officer/Officer, Co-development to support joint programme development with partners, draft proposals and presentations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and events.

You will conduct industry trend research, collect and analyze data on co-developed programmes, and handle administration, reporting, procurement, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality or related disciplines.
• 3 years of work experience in programme administration or coordination; candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer.
• Client-facing and relationship management experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet tight timelines.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in liaising with potential partners for joint programme development and implementation, including drafting proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings, events and exhibitions.
• Conduct desktop research on industry trends for local and overseas partners scouting.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze data and performance metrics of co-developed programmes.
• Handle all administrative duties including management reporting, procurement and documentation.
• Ensure all processes comply with established guidelines and regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
