Job summary

ST Engineering Cloud & Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on AWS cloud and infrastructure-as-code expertise to design, build, and automate scalable cloud environments for enterprise workloads.

You will develop and maintain Terraform templates, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable deployments and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring).
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, VPC design, security groups, and IAM policies.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and scripting ( Bash or Python).
• Experience with Git-based workflows and version control practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure following best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain Terraform templates/modules to automate cloud provisioning.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud systems for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams for smooth deployments and compliance.
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and configuration management across environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions and ongoing infrastructure automation improvements.
