Job summary

EClinCloud (Hong Kong) Technology Limited is seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to develop LLM applications for clinical trials. You will build AI-assisted tools, deploy models, and integrate AI into trial management software. You will work on LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and RAG, using Python and PyTorch.

Collaboration with product and R&D teams is essential to deliver robust AI features. Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/AI or related field, strong academic record.
• 2+ years of AI development experience, preference for clinical trial domain.
• Proficient in Python and ML/DL frameworks; NLP experience.
• Experience with deploying AI models and integrating into software systems.

Responsibilities

• Explore LLM applications in clinical trials, including Q&A and summarization.
• Fine-tune models, tune parameters, and optimize performance using data prep, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Deploy AI models into business systems and ensure deep integration with trial management software.
• Apply ML/DL algorithms to extract insights from clinical trial data for decision-making.
• Establish verification/test plans and collect user feedback for iterative improvements.
