Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a commercially minded professional to support client relationships, business growth initiatives, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic environment.

You will partner with leadership to support client interactions, identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and coordinate follow-up activities, while analyzing client needs and translating them into use cases and concepts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing environment.
• Sound commercial awareness with a foundational understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong client engagement capabilities and business acumen, with the ability to support opportunity progression and meet target timelines.
• Professional, confident, and effective interpersonal approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to support client interactions, stakeholder communication, and internal management discussions.
• Assist in business growth initiatives, including identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Analyze client business needs and help translate challenges into potential use cases and solution concepts.
• Perform research on industry developments, emerging technologies, market movements, and leading practices.
• Participate in client-facing meetings and coordinate related follow-up actions after discussions.
• Provide administrative assistance and project coordination support across team activities when required.
