Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of equity research experience.
• Experience covering the Industrials sector preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting and valuation skills.
• Experience producing high-quality research reports for institutional investors.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with intellectual curiosity and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support coverage across the China Industrials sector and subsectors.
• Contribute to franchise-building via thematic projects and thought leadership.
• Conduct fundamental research: financial analysis, forecasting, valuation, and ideas.
• Draft high-quality research reports on industry developments and themes.
• Monitor industry news, macro and policy developments and implications.
• Respond to client requests for data, analysis, models, and bespoke research.
• Collaborate with sales, trading, strategy and other research teams to deliver insights.
