Qualifications

• Significant experience in cross-asset or structured products sales covering China onshore and offshore clients.
• In-depth understanding of structured products, derivatives, and capital markets.
• Proven experience in client coverage, execution oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capability.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote SG’s structured products franchise to China onshore and offshore clients.
• Acquire clients, advise on products, oversee execution per standards and regulations.
• Lead and coordinate KYC onboarding, credit approval, legal doc validation, and marketing reviews.
• Supervise trade lifecycle: execution, booking, post-trade settlement, and compliance with risk policies.
• Foster collaboration with Trading, Engineering, Risk, and other stakeholders.
