Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Proven senior leadership experience across communications, fundraising, and digital/marketing.
• Track record of designing and delivering integrated engagement strategies with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set overarching narrative and positioning for MSF Hong Kong across engagement functions.
• Oversee fundraising, communications, digital and outreach to ensure a unified supporter journey.
• Lead crisis communications and reputation management with accountability to the Executive Director.
