Job summary

Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead all catering sales activities and drive targets. The role requires a degree in Hotel and Catering Management with 3+ years in sales coordination, preferably catering sales, and strong English/Chinese communication.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, independent, and analytical, capable of preparing forecasts and budgets, and managing guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Hotel and Catering Management, or equivalent in related discipline.
• 3+ years sales coordination experience, preferably catering sales.
• Ambitious, independent, dynamic with business acumen.
• Strong analytical with planning, organization and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Catering Sales Manager.

• Organize and direct all catering sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets.
• Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports.
