Job summary

Credit Agricole Corporate And Investment Bank in Hong Kong seeks an Associate in Capital Markets Operations Back Office Confirmations to support FX, MM, derivatives and structured products confirmations across the APAC region.

You will handle daily confirmation processing, ensure compliance with HKMA guidelines and internal policies, review workflows, support UAT and system enhancements, and maintain client-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Confirmations processing for capital markets transactions including FXMM, FXNDF, FX Options, IRS/CIRS, Swaption, Caps and Floors, and Structured Products across HK and APAC
• Ensure confirmations are issued in compliance with local regulations and internal policy
• Review operation processes and systems, recommend enhancements for effective processing and settlement
• Identify and resolve workflow issues and problems
• Maintain and update procedures
• Engage in direct client contact to ensure timely service and address inquiries
• Assist Head of Confirmation on global initiatives and projects
• Handle daily reporting for internal controls and assist in system enhancements and UAT testing
• Provide management with information on unusual bookings and settlements and manage client-provider relationships
• Initiate client contact on trade confirmations or settlement matters and respond to inquiries
