Job summary

Sonder Consultants is seeking a Capital Markets Associate for leading international law firms in Hong Kong. You will work within highly regarded capital markets teams advising on sophisticated equity and debt transactions for listed companies, financial institutions, sponsors and other market participants across Asia-Pacific.

Working within highly regarded Capital Markets teams, you'll advise listed companies, financial institutions, sponsors and other market participants on a broad range of sophisticated equity and debt capital markets transactions. The opportunities offer exposure to public offerings, listings, securities transactions and other complex domestic and cross-border matters, with the chance to work closely with experienced partners on high-profile mandates across Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Requirements

• 1-5 years' PQE gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm.
• Experience advising on equity and/or debt capital markets transactions, securities offerings, listings and related corporate matters.
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively to complex, fast-moving transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach to delivering advice.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
