Job summary

Hong Kong Cancer Fund is seeking a Service Coordinator to handle calls, coordinate programmes, and build partnerships with community groups. The role supports cancer patients and caregivers through planning, reporting, and service administration. English and Chinese communication is essential; Putonghua is a plus.

Hybrid or on-site work is possible with a focus on community service initiatives. Remuneration is offered to qualified candidates; experience in NGO settings is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, gather information to provide resources and assistance.
• Assist to develop work plan, implement organisation policies and practices.
• Develop supportive relationships with self-help groups and local community partners.
• Plan, coordinate, evaluate programmes and activities for cancer patients and caregivers.
• Prepare presentations and timely reports.
• Provide service administration support.
• Support appeals, campaigns, events and other community service.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and shift duties as required.
