Job summary

Michael Page, a global recruitment firm, is seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to support campus hiring initiatives and internship programs. You will help organize career fairs, campus talks and recruitment events, and handle candidate communications and interview logistics.

The role requires degree holder with 3–8 years in recruitment or HR, fluent in English and Cantonese, strong coordination skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 3–8 years of recruitment, HR or related experience preferred.
• English and Cantonese proficiency required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment and internship hiring activities
• Coordinate career fairs, campus talks, and recruitment events
• Manage candidate communications and interview arrangements
• Assist with Graduate Associate and Internship programmes
• Coordinate Assessment Centres and liaise with assessors
• Support recruitment marketing and careers website updates
• Handle recruitment administration and vendor coordination
• Work closely with universities and internal stakeholders
