Greater Bay Airlines is seeking passionate individuals to join our cabin crew team based in Hong Kong. This role focuses on inflight safety and delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring all aviation regulations are adhered to.

The ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, fluent in both English and Cantonese, and possess a genuine commitment to service excellence. Previous experience in cabin crew or hospitality is advantageous but not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Take ownership of inflight safety and security, ensuring all procedures are followed with precision and care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold educational qualifications meeting one of these standards: Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSE NSS subjects, including English Language, or Pass in 5 HKCEE subjects, including English Language.
• Have a minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe and be physically fit to pass our pre-employment medical assessment.
• Speak fluent English and Cantonese, with the ability to read and write Chinese.
• Be a natural team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a genuine people-first attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
• Stay calm under pressure, showing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Language Advantage

• Fluency in Putonghua, Japanese, or Korean—in addition to English and Cantonese—provides a valuable advantage.

Experience

• Previous cabin crew or hospitality industry experience is an advantage, but we welcome candidates ready to learn and bring the right spirit.
