Job summary

WE Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support delivery, enhancement, and lifecycle management of physical security technology solutions such as CCTV, access control, facial recognition, PIAM, and related platforms.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors, strong reporting, and 4–6 years IT services experience, with English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience providing IT services.
• Experience in system implementation, application support, project coordination, or technology delivery.
• Exposure to vendor management and project coordination in a technology delivery environment.
• Ability to prepare clear management reports and communicate project status, risks, issues, recommendations, and decisions effectively.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with good spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive, performance-driven, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, and transition to support, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Assist in solution analysis, system integration, troubleshooting, and technical assessments for new initiatives, enhancement projects, and legacy system support.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate management reporting, dashboards, status updates, and supporting materials for governance forums and senior management review.
• Support vendor management activities, including deliverable tracking, service quality monitoring, issue resolution, and compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and adoption of modern delivery practices, including the practical use of AI and automation to improve productivity and quality.
• Build technical and business knowledge progressively, with opportunities to develop broader solution ownership and stakeholder management capabilities over time.

Preferred Qualifcations

• Practical infrastructure and network knowledge for OT-IT support or project delivery.
• Exposure to IT systems integrated with OT devices such as card readers, cameras, or similar connected technologies.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or relevant disciplines.
