Job summary

Central Business Information Limited (CBI) in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Business Solutions Analyst to support due diligence and process improvement initiatives across divisions. You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and help design strategies to raise efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead change initiatives, and apply AI/RPA/SQL/BI concepts. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance-related or business administration disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in financial, business administration, or internal control roles.
• Knowledge of AI applications, RPA, SQL, or BI tools.
• Strong analytical and logical sense to collect, interpret, and present data for decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across divisions.
• Can-do attitude; able to work independently and adapt to change.
• Able to lead and influence others through change initiatives.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Conduct research and study to get abreast of the latest market developments and technology applications.

Review the operation process, collect data from stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement.

Assist in designing and implementing strategies, process changes, and solutions.

Manage and execute multiple project implementation processes, collaborate with divisions and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet targets.

What you will need to succeed

Bachelor'sdegree, preferably in finance-related or business administration disciplines.

Knowledge of the latest technology application concepts (such as AI applications, RPA, SQL, or BI tools, etc.).
