Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Growth Marketing lead in Hong Kong to shape global user growth across acquisition, activation, conversion and retention. You will own end-to-end growth programs, from concept to scale, coordinating with product, engineering and regional teams.

Drive multi-channel campaigns (KOLs, paid ads, SEO, referrals, communities) and implement rapid A/B testing to improve CAC, LTV and retention. A strong data mindset and bilingual English/Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in user growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
• Global market experience (e.g., MENA, LATAM, SEA, Africa, etc.).
• Strong data mindset with KPI fluency.
• Internet, Web3, or fintech background preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

• Optimize user growth & marketing strategies / analysis based on our current global ecosystem
• Lead full-funnel user journeys analysis: acquisition → activation → conversion → retention
• Drive multi-channel user acquisition (KOLs, Paid Ads, SEO, referrals, communities,social etc.)
• Set up & track key metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, viral coefficient
• Run rapid A/B tests, iterate growth models, and improve user quality
• Tailor strategies for local markets with deep user insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring strategies to life
