Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of business development or marketing experience within professional services.
• Proven track record coordinating complex pitches and directory submissions.
• Strong attention to detail with project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• End-to-end execution of high-stakes pitch decks, credentials, and RFP responses for major capital markets, M&A, and dispute matters under partner deadlines.

• Lead research, compilation, and drafting for top-tier legal rankings (Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500, IFLR1000) and industry awards, liaising with partners and client referees.

• Conduct intelligence tracking on prospective clients, competitive market trends, and regulatory changes to identify cross-selling and strategic business pursuit opportunities.

• Plan and execute client seminars, webinars, industry sponsorships, and client-facing thought leadership to elevate practice group profiles in the region.
