Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to act as a strategic partner to our APAC regional leadership. In this role, you will serve as the central hub for business intelligence and operational analysis. You will transform complex regional data into clear, actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making, optimize performance across multiple markets, and support the execution of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Performance Analysis (Primary Focus)

• Consolidate and analyze business data from multiple markets (e.g., trading volumes, client acquisition, revenue streams) to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and automated reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into regional performance for senior leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into operational efficiency, sales performance, and marketing ROI to support data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing structured insights and risk assessments to the regional management team.

Strategic Initiative & Project Support

• Provide analytical and operational support for high-priority regional projects, such as market entry/expansion, major offline events, and key system implementations.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
• Act as a central point for tracking project progress, analyzing bottlenecks, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between business, operations, and compliance teams.

Operational Coordination & Process Improvement

• Optimize management processes by developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and improving internal workflows to drive efficiency across APAC.
• Prepare materials, data packs, and decision memos for leadership meetings, ensuring stakeholders have the necessary information for informed decision-making.
• Foster cross-market collaboration by facilitating the sharing of best practices and ensuring alignment of resources with regional goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Strategy Analyst role.
• Proven experience in the FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology sectors is mandatory.
• Experience with commercial operations, sales data analysis, or growth initiatives is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with SQL or other data query languages for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of database management and statistical analysis.

Soft Skills:

• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively across different cultures and seniority levels.

Language: Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in Cantonese is a significant advantage.
