Job summary

CPJobs International seeks a WS(BW) in Hong Kong with a Certificate in building or building studies from a HK PolyU/Polytechnic or equivalent, plus language proficiency Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE/HKCEE, and at least 3 years of relevant building works experience. The candidate must have completed Safety & Health Supervisor, Basic Accident Prevention, Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card), and Confined Spaces training.

Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate in building or building studies from a HK PolyU / Polytechnic or HK Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent
• language proficiency Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE or HKCEE or equivalent (HKCEE Grade E accepted as Level 2)
• 3 years relevant experience in building works after obtaining the technical qualifications
