Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited is seeking a Building Attendant/Security Guard to patrol, register visitors, and handle enquiries from guests and tenants. Candidates should have Secondary 3 education, at least 1 year of security experience, fluent Cantonese with fair Putonghua and English, and be able to read/write Chinese and simple English.

A Security Training Course Certificate (QAS) and Security Personnel Permit are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary 3 education or equivalent.
• 1 year of security experience.
• Fluent Cantonese; basic Putonghua and English reading/writing.
• Security Training Certificate (QAS) required.
• Security Personnel Permit required.

Responsibilities

• General duties as Building Attendant/Security Guard.
• Patrol premises and monitor security.
• Register visitors and log arrivals.
• Handle complaints and inquiries from guests and tenants.
• Register vehicles as required.
