Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Brand Operations Manager to scale and protect KuCoin’s brand across all touchpoints. You’ll drive flawless campaign and event operations, championing asset governance and cross-team collaboration - from global campaign launches to major events like TOKEN2049. As the bridge between branding, design, procurement, and business units, you’ll elevate operational excellence and brand consistency in a fast-evolving crypto space. This role demands both meticulous rigor and an agile, creative mindset. Strong Mandarin and English communication are required.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Campaign Operations:

- Take ownership of end-to-end brand campaign and sponsorship operations across global markets, especially event activations (e.g., TOKEN2049, flagship launches).

- Work closely with Social Media, PR, Design, and Regional teams to ensure seamless planning, on-brand execution, and maximized impact for each initiative.

- Lead event logistics: asset production, production timelines, vendor liaison, and onsite execution, ensuring all details align with KuCoin’s brand identity.

Video & Creative Production:

- Project manage the creation of high-quality videos and multimedia assets for campaigns, events, and social platforms.

- Help set up and maintain efficient workflows for content approvals, asset sharing, and performance tracking.

Brand Asset & Governance:

- Oversee centralized brand asset hubs and systems, ensuring teams have easy access to current, compliant materials.

- Enforce brand guidelines, and continually audit campaign/event assets for consistency, legal/regional standards, and brand quality.

Internal & Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Serve as an operations lead and go-to contact for internal branding processes, liaising across Design, Product, Legal, and Local marketing teams (Mandarin and English required).

- Co-own local and global campaign/project management, supporting GTM launches, regional toolkits, and best-practice sharing between global and local teams.

- Support KOL/ambassador programs and partnership activations from a logistical and operational standpoint.

Feedback & Reporting:

- Develop and automate project tracking dashboards for campaign and event operations.

- Gather, analyze, and report operational insights to drive continuous improvement across global touchpoints.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years’ relevant experience in brand operations, event/campaign operations, or integrated marketing.

- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

- Practical experience with brand asset management systems or DAMs (Digital Asset Management platforms) is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities - can train, influence, and drive alignment across teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

- Crypto, web3 or fintech experience is a strong advantage.
