Job summary

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Brand Communications to support execution of brand strategies, strengthen market presence, and safeguard corporate reputation. You will serve as an ambassador during corporate visits, industry events, and external engagements, ensuring consistent messaging across stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in brand or corporate communications, with strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in brand communications, corporate communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, public speaking, writing and interpersonal communication in English and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese.
• Experience in media relations, event support, or external stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work at Lok Ma Chau office and occasional travel to different workstations.

Responsibilities

• Support & execute brand strategy; collaborate to implement initiatives that enhance market presence and protect the company’s reputation.
• Act as an official representative during corporate visits and industry events; deliver professional presentations introducing company information and core values.
• Maintain relationships with partners to secure a positive image of the Park; coordinate visits and sentiment analysis.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communications align with brand objectives.
• Develop corporate messaging, presentations, and materials for internal and external use.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of communication initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor external communication outcomes and suggest improvements to enhance brand visibility and consistency.
