Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Direct experience managing international payroll involving both digital assets and fiat.
• Ability to build financial processes in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process for both fiat and BTC-denominated transactions.
• Oversee global crypto-to-fiat payroll for a distributed team.
• Monitor and manage the project’s liquid assets securely.

Skills

Proficiency in crypto accounting tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres)

Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning Network)

Attention to detail in financial records

Experience with multi-currency payroll management

Education

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional certification (CPA/ACCA)
