Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong seeks a Billing Assistant to monitor bill run routines and review pre-bill invoices for anomalies. You will assist with billing adjustments and UAT tasks within a dynamic billing project, and handle ad hoc assignments.

The role requires a higher diploma or above, 1-2 years of experience, good English and Chinese, and strong interpersonal communication. Fresh graduates considered; accounting software experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above / LCCI Level 2 or above.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates will be considered.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments, detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Experience in accounting software is preferred but not essential.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Bill Run routines and processes.
• Review Pre-Bill Run invoices and detect any abnormal billing.
• Review and handle Billing Adjustments.
• Handle UAT tasks of Billing Project.
• Assist in any adhoc Billing assignment.
