Job summary

Responsibilities

• Consult prospective students and guide enrollment toward targets.
• Convert leads from Marketing into booked appointments and manage CRM pipeline.
• Follow up with current students and guide them through course milestones.
• Drive renewals and referrals and collaborate with the Service Team.
• Track results and report to Center Director; participate in training.
