Meiyume in Hong Kong invites curious designers to shape future beauty packaging, accessories, bags, pouches, and lifestyle products. You will work with design, sourcing, development, and innovation teams to transform consumer insights into meaningful product concepts for partners and brands.

You bring consumer empathy, a strong aesthetic sense, and a passion for AI-assisted design to explore materials, finishes, and experiences.

Formación

• Consumer insights drive product concepts.
• Experience with beauty packaging is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create innovative product concepts for beauty packaging, accessories, bags, pouches, and lifestyle products.
• Translate consumer insights and market opportunities into distinctive, commercially viable concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ideas and translate concepts into feasible solutions.
• Explore materials, finishes, constructions, colors, forms, and sensory experiences to enhance product solutions.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to speed up trend research, concept generation, visualization, storytelling, and discovery.
• Develop and communicate ideas through sketches, mood boards, renderings, prototypes, and presentations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across design, sourcing, development, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Question assumptions and bring fresh perspectives to creative and business challenges.
