Strawberry Cosmetics (Services) Limited is seeking a creative Multi-Media Designer with a strong fashion/beauty sense to produce high-quality digital visuals, e-shop assets, and engaging video content. You will optimize assets for CTR and sales, while aligning with brand aesthetics across regions.

The role requires hands-on graphic design and video editing, proficiency in AI-assisted workflows, and a portfolio demonstrating e-commerce visuals and beauty campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multi-Media Design, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, with Beauty/Fashion/Retail or cross-border e-commerce exposure preferred.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; capable of long/short video editing, motion graphics, product videography, and digital ad production.

Responsibilities

• E-shop & Digital Marketing Visuals: Create banners, landing pages, EDMs, and digital ads to support campaigns and boost CTR and conversions.
• Video Editing & Social Content: Edit YouTube long-form and short-form content for IG Reels, Shorts, and TikTok to highlight product features and campaign themes.
• AI Tool Integration & Workflow Optimization: Apply generative AI tools for ideation, image generation, and asset expansion to shorten production cycles and build reusable asset libraries.
